Star Vision Ministries is an international administrative Christian Ordination Support Center.  It is overseen by Bishops Dennis Eshelman and Duane Conrad, and is governed by the Star Vision Board of Ministers. It is the primary mission of this Ministry to license, equip, and provide support for those Christian ministers ordained into God's ministry through us.  We are here because of a divide between the authority of God and the authority of the laws of man.  God ordains and qualifies those He calls for service in His Ministry.  What we do is provide the tools that man's laws require in order to exist and function within our society as a Minister of the Gospel.
